Village Max Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Deputy Admin Finance to join our team in Palembang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.,Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry, filing, and organization of financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Participate in financial meetings and provide support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
