📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and executing daily pastry production plans.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries through proper recipe development and execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
• Participate in product development and innovation initiatives.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.
