📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.,Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.,Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies.,Support the purchasing manager in achieving procurement goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
