📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of retail facilities.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Train and mentor junior engineers and staff.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction and maintenance projects.,Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and design.
