Logistics Assistant - Supply Chain & Operations Support

Bhd. is expanding its presence in Bali and seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team in Badung. This role is crucial in supporting our supply chain and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.

As a Logistics Assistant, you will be part of a team that handles the day-to-day logistics activities, including inventory management, order processing, and coordination with suppliers and vendors. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management of inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.
• Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and to maintain good relationships.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor and track the movement of goods, ensuring they are delivered to the correct location on time.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including the storage and retrieval of goods.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of logistics operations.
• Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the integrity of our supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
