📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Set and achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote our products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our reach.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
