📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with training departments to ensure smooth execution of training activities.,Assist in the creation of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to trainers.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development of training budgets and resource allocation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and planning skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills being an advantage.
