📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, including initiation, processing, and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Oversee PEZA/BOC and other government-related transactions, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
• Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Maintain and update operational databases and spreadsheets, such as Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into operational performance.
• Provide support to the Commercial Operations team, including training and mentoring junior staff.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial real estate operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial operations, with a focus on purchase orders and government-related transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with PEZA/BOC and other government regulations in the commercial real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
