📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee performance management, including evaluations and feedback.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR objectives align with business goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
