📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers,Preparing and submitting monthly financial reports,Processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries,Managing bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial statements,Assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis,Handling vendor invoices and ensuring timely payment,Providing support to the finance team in preparing for audits,Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus,Indonesian language proficiency is required
