Asia Pharmaceutical is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance with them.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
