YIELD Indonesia is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a keen eye for detail. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Providing training and guidance to other team members on audit methodologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
