📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs and materials.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the impact of learning programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand learning needs and goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain learning management systems and resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and technologies.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
