PT Maju Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff to join our team in Belawan. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Receive, store, and distribute goods according to company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols.,Perform regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.,Assist in the implementation of warehouse improvement projects.,Provide support to the warehouse manager in planning and organizing warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Physical fitness to handle manual tasks.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
