📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accurate transactions.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor cash and inventory levels to prevent shortages.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Proficient in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
