📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support of sales goals.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team development skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Understanding of the sales process and ability to train and coach sales teams.,Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
