Market Pearl Unggul is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team in Karawang, Jawa Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Track and report on sales performance and key metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
