We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with expertise in Coupa to join our team on a remote contract basis for a period of 2-3 months. This role is intended to provide maternity cover for an existing team member. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, particularly in the use of Coupa software, and will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing support to the accounting team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain Coupa software, ensuring its effective use for procurement and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Provide support to the accounting team, including training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining proper documentation.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.,Proven expertise in Coupa software, including procurement, invoicing, and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
