📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the securities department,Work closely with trading, risk, and compliance teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of securities operations,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to securities operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in securities operations,Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and systems,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in securities operations,Strong knowledge of securities regulations and compliance requirements,Proven track record of managing and leading teams,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with financial software and systems is a plus
