📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed to maintain adequate stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
