📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Advise C-level executives and business leaders on strategic innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Create and present compelling business cases and proposals to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in innovation and digital transformation.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants to ensure continuous development and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering successful innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities in Bangka Belitung.
• Proficiency in using tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
