📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
• Manage a team of 5-7 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular sales visits and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in commercial refrigeration.
• Report to the Regional Manager on branch performance and any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the commercial refrigeration industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration products and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
