🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal permitting for property developments
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
