📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and decorate a variety of cakes using our signature recipes and customer requests.
• Assist in the baking process, including mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and ensuring even baking.
• Manage inventory and restocking of ingredients, ensuring we always have what we need to meet customer demand.
• Handle customer orders, from taking requests to delivering finished products, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
• Assist in special events and promotions, such as preparing themed cakes or participating in local markets.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve processes, contributing to the bakery's efficiency.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or retail environment, preferably in cake decoration or pastry work.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, high-quality cakes.
• Good communication skills, both in speaking and writing, to effectively assist customers and work with the team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, especially during busy periods.
• Familiarity with basic cake decoration techniques and tools, such as piping, fondant, and edible glitter.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
