Alstern Technologies is a fast-growing company in the manufacturing and logistics sector, seeking a talented Procurement Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and the successful delivery of our products.

As a Procurement Executive at Alstern Technologies, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, from supplier selection and negotiation to order placement and tracking. You will work closely with our manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure that we have the right materials and resources at the right time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the manufacturing and logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
