📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable, including payment processing and tracking.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Handle general cashier duties, including cash receipts, deposits, and disbursements.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance team.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and cashier roles.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
