- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Korean Language, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, education, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Korean language (native or advanced level).
- Strong knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Google Classroom.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
