📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Track and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of overdue payments.
• Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns.
• Analyze collection data to identify trends and improve collection strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
