📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and train a team of 10-15 staff members, including chefs, servers, and baristas.
• Monitor inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement new menu items and beverage offerings.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team of 10-15 staff members.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety and health regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Square.
• Experience with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
