📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct daily Genba (on-site) meetings to identify operational issues and implement immediate improvements.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to operational teams on best practices and continuous improvement techniques.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze production performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MES systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
