📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, such as implementing new technologies or training programs.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pharmacy services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in hospital pharmacy practice, such as Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Pharmacy Technician - Hospital (CPhT-H).
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using pharmacy management software, such as Medis or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
