📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and staff training.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control procedures.
- Manage laboratory budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement innovative laboratory services to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into patient care.
- Monitor and analyze laboratory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians and support staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management, preferably in a clinical or diagnostic setting.
- Certification in laboratory management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in laboratory software such as LabSoft, Cerner, or Epic.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality control procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation is a plus.
