Incident Response Manager - Abuse Operations

Tanggung Jawab:

• Lead and coordinate incident response efforts to ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
• Analyze and investigate security incidents to determine their impact and root cause.
• Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement, to manage incidents.
• Monitor and analyze security data to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Provide incident response training and awareness to employees.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices.
• Report on incident response metrics and KPIs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in incident response and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Experience with incident response frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of financial services and payment processing is a plus.
• Professional certifications in security (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CEH) are a plus.
