📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing the restaurant’s sales operations, including POS systems like Square or Toast.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Promote menu items and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems like Square or Toast is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
